Chimeneas bring an almost mystical feel to the environment in which they sit. While they have a relatively recent rise in popularity in the US, they are actually an ancient form of containing fire for heating and cooking. Whether they be made of ceramics, stone or metal, a well built chimenea (or chiminea) is an immediate focal point of any outdoor space.
